Each year for the last 7 years, Faith Church has put on their Broadway style Christmas production called “Believe”. This is a fantastic production with over 200 volunteers and is the biggest church Christmas production in the city of St. Louis. Each year, news and radio cover the event and each year it gets bigger and better. For the 2015 production I came up with the branding for the event, and created many graphic pieces for it including social media graphics, movie theater posters, email campaign graphics, flyer handouts, screen slides, and an exclusive custom web page that included animated falling snow.
The setting for the production is a train station during Christmas time, and so my goal was to create a unique composite graphic of that train station scene and give the play that vintage Christmas feel. One of the highlights of the production is a huge “earth creation” scene where all the types of animals that God created start coming to life and moving through the crowd. It really is something to behold. That’s the reason for the earth in the ornament the logo and branding. Overall the pastors and Creative staff at Faith were very pleased with what I came up with and the production was a huge success – the biggest Believe to date!
