This was an over the top fun series and one near to BPATTS.  Summer Lovin’ was a series that spun from the 16th wedding anniversary of Pastors David and Nicole Crank of Faith Church. The series focused on relationships, all the ups and downs, and how to hang in there when things get tough. Pastors David and Nicole really wanted something that had a vintage look and feel to it that took them back to the early years of their marriage – including their old orange corvette they loved. So we created the logo to encompass the “Summery” retro vibe, and branded the series using photos of their actual corvette. We even gave them a custom license plate!

It was so much fun branding and creating the look for this, but this series was even more exciting because we got to design the stage backdrop. The stage backdrop had to cover 90 feet of stage, and used a special type of transparent mylar paper that allowed light to pass through it only in the lighter areas of the design. As you can see from the photos above, it turned out really well and was an amazing backdrop to an awesome series!!!
